The Village Board of Trustees met in special session on Tuesday, November 20th, 2012, in the Farley Room of the Municipal Building.

Members Present:Mayor Randy Rich, Clerk Ladora Boyd, Trustee Rick Catt, Trustee Joe Campanella, Trustee Ken Russell, Trustee Tony Madlem and Treasurer Jan Miller.

Absent: Trustee Rick Houdasheldt and Trustee Debi Wilson.

Others: JJ Aten (Oblong Gem) and Chris Forde (WTYE/WTAY).

1. At 6 pm, the Mayor called the Special Meeting to order.

2. Motion by Rick C., with a second by Ken, to adopt Ordinance #2012-O-547 “An Ordinance Approving the Village of Oblong Electricity Aggregation Program Plan of Operations and Governance”. Four (4) ayes, motion carried.

3. Motion by Tony, with a second by Joe, to adopt Ordinance #2012-O-548 “An Ordinance Authorizing Execution of a Service Agreement with the Lowest Responsible Bidder for the Supply of Electricity for Residential and Small Commercial Retail Customers Who Do Not Opt Out of Such a Program”. Four (4) ayes, motion carried.

4. Motion by Rick C., with a second by Tony, to adjourn at 6:01 pm. Four (4) ayes, motion carried.
